10/2/2015 · I’ve just read the spec for glass on the Zinsser app and it states For glass, prime using 123 then for exterior projects finish using allcoat . I’ve used the allcoat extensively this year on my externals and not had any issues, up to now. Having said that, not had to paint any window frames that have had putties.
